Aimee Lane,
LCMHCA

Aimee is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate. She earned her undergraduate degree from Montreat College and her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grace College and Theological Seminary.

Many people suffer quietly with shame, guilt, anger, and a host of other concerns, and it is her desire to help people work through these emotions. Aimee works with a variety of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, OCD, phase-of-life transitions, adjustment concerns, and others.

She enjoys working with adults, college-aged individuals, and teens. Aimee’s education was heavily focused on addressing how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors interact with one another, and she uses this information to equip clients to better understand themselves. She also utilizes various therapeutic techniques to ensure the therapeutic approach fits the individual’s unique needs.

Outside of the office, Aimee loves to spend quality time with her husband, Will, and their dog, Sven.
