Tonya Stephens-Price

Tonya Stephens-Price is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA). She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Child Development and Family Relations from East Carolina University, where she later completed dual master’s degrees in Child Development and Family Relations and Social Work.

Tonya has extensive experience supporting individuals with dual diagnoses of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and Mental Health needs. She has worked with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing challenges related to ADHD, ODD, depression, anxiety, and parenting stress.

Tonya is dedicated to helping individuals understand and process their needs in a way that feels safe, empowering, and meaningful. She uses talk therapy as her primary modality and approaches each session with a gentle, person-centered, and highly supportive style. Tonya believes in meeting clients exactly where they are, honoring their pace, and allowing them to guide their own therapeutic journey. Together, she helps clients find balance, build resilience, and reconnect with the parts of life that bring meaning and joy.

Outside of her clinical work, Tonya enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their five children. She loves traveling with her family, capturing moments through photography, and unwinding with a good book.
