Faith Sampson
LCMHCA

Faith is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate. She received her undergraduate degree from East Carolina University and her master’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

Faith’s passion is helping clients grow through issues related to anxiety, depression, grief and loss, family conflict, life transitions, and spirituality. She has experience working with teens, young adults, and couples.

Most of her counseling techniques stem from cognitive behavioral theory. Utilizing this framework allows her to assist clients in identifying unproductive thoughts that may be causing unwanted behaviors. She is also a big advocate for incorporating homework assignments, as necessary.

Faith believes that God has already equipped us with everything we need in order to grow past our challenges (in other words: You can do this!). Faith counsels clients from the core belief that every person has a unique God-given purpose, and that every client is valuable, irreplaceable, and important.

When Faith isn’t counseling, she enjoys going to the park with her husband and kids. She likes binge watching a really good Netflix show or eating a cup full of ice cream.
