Happy New Year

Welcome to 2022! This year AFT is trying new things and we want you to do the same. Let us partner with you and share your goals in session or we can create goals together. Whether you’re a consistent current client or one we haven’t seen in a while we are always happy to have you back and help you out! New year or not!

New Clients

We are taking new clients! Please refer Anchor Family Therapy to friends or family you may think would be a good fit for our office. The client on-boarding process is easy. It begins with calling or filling out a contact form, receiving a free consultation, scheduling the first appointment, and continue counseling with a therapist to win.

Words from Madison

Sat yes and grow your comfort zone. There have been many a scary opportunities in my life when I have WANTED to say no and let the opportunity pass. I would come up with many excuses as to why I shouldn’t and that wasn’t right for me. The truth is I was scared! So I said yes, and I did it scared. It wasn’t easy and I didn’t have it all figured out but it does get better. So if you are locking at a new opportunity or growing … say yes.

we're so glad you're here
