Lisa Moore is a counseling intern currently completing her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling at Capella University under supervision. 

Originally from New Jersey and now calling Rocky Mount, North Carolina, home, Lisa brings a grounded and compassionate perspective shaped by both her education and meaningful life experiences. 

Her approach to counseling emphasizes respect, curiosity, and creating a supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and valued.
Clients can expect Lisa to be attentive, collaborative, and thoughtful in her work. As a beginning intern, she is committed to ethical practice, ongoing learning, and regular supervision to provide quality care. 

Lisa’s goal is to walk alongside clients as they explore concerns, gain insight, and move toward meaningful and achievable change at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive.
