Brooke Andrews is a social worker with over eight years of experience walking alongside individuals and families through life’s ups and downs. She earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from East Carolina University and holds certificates in Gerontology and Substance Abuse Counseling.
Brooke has a special passion for supporting individuals living with chronic illness and the caregivers who love them. She understands that navigating health challenges can bring emotional, physical, and relational strain, and she strives to offer a space where clients feel genuinely understood and cared for.
Her approach is gentle, person-centered, and deeply collaborative. Brooke believes in meeting people exactly where they are honoring, their pace, story, and strengths. Together, she helps clients find balance, build resilience, and reconnect with the parts of life that bring meaning and joy.
Outside of her clinical work, Brooke enjoys traveling with her family and friends and spending time outdoors. She also loves working with her two German Shorthaired Pointers, who remind her daily of the importance of patience, play, and connection.
Brooke’s goal is to create a warm and welcoming space where clients feel supported, accepted, and empowered to grow.
